An RF cannula can be placed percutaneously near a target, such as a painful spinal nerve. An RF electrode is placed within cannula to deliver RF energy to the tissue and measure temperature.
Radiofrequency Cannula
Smooth, steerable, cost-effective RF Cannula for use with thermocouple (TC) electrodes. Each RF cannula's insulation is specially tapered at the tip for easy insertion and maneuvering. Available in all sizes and shapes used in spinal pain management and podiatry, including straight or curved shafts, sharp or blunt tips. Compatible with RF generators from major radiofrequency manufacturers, including the Radionics® RFG-3C plus. Compare the cost, quality, and versatility of the Cosman® RF Cannula with the Neurotherm® RF cannula, Cotop® SMK cannula, Stryker® RF cannula, Kimberly-Clark® RF cannula, and Baylis® RF cannula. Shaft lengths: 5, 10, 15, 20 cm. Tip exposures: 2, 4, 5, 10, 15 mm. Diameters: 22, 21, 20, 18 gauge.
